BUSINESS MEETING

OUR MONTHLY BUSINESS MEETING WILL BE SEPTEMBER 8 TH.

Sunday, September 12

GRANDPARENTS DAY

Sept. 12, During our morning service,
we will be honoring all of our grandparents.
All grandparents will receive a special gift.
The grandparent that has the most grandchildren
present in our service will receive a gift.

CHRISTMAS PLAY

The practices will be every Sunday from 3:30 to 5:30
When Christmas play practice begins, Kids For Christ will be put on until January.

FOOD PANTRY

OUR FOOD PANTRY WILL BE OPEN SEPTEMBER 7 TH. AT 9:00 AM. ALL NEEDY ARE WELCOME.

Rev. Bob Parnell - Pastor

Pastor Bob and his wife Michele, have been at Black Oak Baptist for eleven years.

The Lord has truly blessed their ministry. On special services the attendance will go to over 300.

Pastor Bob was saved at the age of 13, and soon after was called to the gospel ministry. He was ordained at age 20, and received his BA in theology in 1983.

Prior to Black Oak Baptist, pastor has served at two churches both of which were in the state of Illinois.

The Parnell's have one daughter, Zoe. Pastor and his family reside in Portage.
